    We do all we can to make sure our products do not have any defects. However, if it happens that our product with a defect will pass our tight control procedures, you can make a complaint.

    In order to make a complaint, please fill in the return form and send it with the original invoice or receipt and the faulty product to: Nuva Aleksandra Grzelczyk, ul. Miodowa 18 38-455 Głowienka Poland

    The complaint will be settled in 14 days. We will inform you by email or by phone how it was settled. In the case of accepting the complaint we will immediately remove the defect or change the product for a new one with no defect.

  • Returns

    You can return our products within 14 days of receiving your parcel. In order to return, please fill in the return form and send it with the original invoice or receipt and the returned product to: Nuva Aleksandra Grzelczyk, ul. Miodowa 18 38-455 Głowienka, Poland. You can also email the return form at: kontakt@nuva.pl.

    In case of a returned product the procedure is the same as with the return of a faulty product.

    The returned product should be in as new condition, it should be complete and with the original packaging and labels.

    We will refund the product and shipping costs up to 14 days of receiving the return form. The refund will be made into your account.

    We do not refund return costs.

    Custom made products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
